Rule: Fake-afk and game ruin feed on purpose

Well that 2 guys , viper starts feeding so hard at top and next whole game , at mirana when he saw some kills in our team , starts !ff and saying he will afk, and ofc he was afk some mins, then when they saw me and traxex have some kills, decide play again, ( but late we lost too many towers and they had gold and lvl ) , also viper continues his particular feeding, btw u can check chat log, some racist garbage about germans-nazis and jews.
