Reason to ban/warn: Gameruin, blocking a teamplayer the whole game, then using force staff 3xtimes to kill me.

v) blocking or forcing a team mate to die or miss intentionally
(eg. Blocking paths to let opponent kill physically - using spells like repel to stop you casting or oracle spell to stop you attacking)
vi) hero manipulation - (eg KOTL TP, tuskarr roll) to cause a negative outcome intetionally.
ix) destroying runes to block a teammate from it

Time of offense in-game: during the first 15 min of the game, the blocking and the flaming didnt stop, so i put him on ignore...then he bought force staff...
