Reason to ban/warn: 10 minutes of fountain farm, zeus was a little suspect in avoiding all of my mines all game, putting wards down where he couldnt have seen me putting them down..
Copy of rule that is broken: game ruin, game could have ended but they farmed kills
Time of offense in-game: 28 minutes onwards really
