reason of ban: votekick

I'm playing here a lot and this is not for excuse, its first time that im geting banned because of a votekick vs a player who wanted to KS with a Dagon.. i can understunt that it was wrong, but when u get perma flame by enemy team some times u have to give it back..

I just checked the replay, infact i dont understand why you get banned and necro dont gets a ban.

He used Windrunner (left and items selled).

If a report is incoming in my opinion each rule should be prove.

In that reason you could take the votekick as excepted, cause he broke a rule.

d) Votekick abuse is bannable. IF a player is breaking the rules then it is allowed. If you spam vk or refuse to play for reasons out side the rules then you will be banned. Accusations of mh intetional feed and noob will be looked into, in most cases there is abuse and the player causing this issue will be banned.

g) Leaver usage. If the leavers items have been sold, then the hero MUST be locked and kept in base. - Do not use globals. If the items have not been sold, then the hero can be used. If a team doesn't lock the hero out, it will be a 3 day ban for all members of that team.

Necro didnt lock him. He used him instead and gets him killed.
So Necro broke a rule before the vk was incoming.

I know Sco as well, hes a nice guy, needs much things to get him to this.

I reportet maby 10 times in 5 years dota, half of thoose reports where cause someone used really obvious mh other half were cause of votekick abuses against me. Trust me there's nothing worse then you getting votekicked for no reason. I don't know you but your behaviour was pretty shit in that game, so I won't accept this and you have to wait out the appropriate time your ban lasts.

@ 1990, Why would you ban random people if they break a rule and none reports them??ß makes zero sense to me unless they hacking. Let's say someone use !votekick but stops then, others do it later on again and suceed. The guy who gets votekicked in the end does a report afterwards but just for the ones who actually suceeded. Do you really think the first one should get a ban aswell? Since he actually broke a rule aswell but the reporter didn't seem to bother. Nearly everyone does small rule violations every now and then no need to ban every little "bullshit", we are not the gestapo.

Appeal declined, try to use the votekick command only for intended use.
